CanadaWe have owned a Saeco espresso machine for three years and enjoyed great coffee. The 2200 is a wonderful upgrade. To fill the the water and empty coffee grounds is easier and all from the front of the machine. We love the option to customize your coffee to the way you want with different levels of fresh grounds and water level. The frothe is so simple.
CanadaMaking an investment into an expensive machine is a nervous endevour to begin with, but Espresso Canada made it easy. I started my research into Espresso machines in November 2020. I was looking for a machine that provided a delicious espresso, work at the touch of a button (I'm not trying to work at Starbucks), and would last for years to come. Of course, like anyone, I had some questions before purchase. I have to say Luciano provided the best online experience possible. He was patient and honest with me, which is an anomaly this day in age. When the package arrived, the unwrapping process was an event in itself. In COVID times, online shipping has made Christmas morning occur on a weekly basis and Espresso Canada had obviously received my letter to Santa. The carefully wrapped package included a free bag of Expresso Canada's coffee beans, a personally written thank you note from the Espresso Canada team, and of course my pristine machine ready to be fired up. As I write this, I'm sipping on my 2nd espresso of the morning. Perfect marks across the board from me. Espresso Canada really earned my loyalty here. Chapeau!
