The Boiler Inlet Connector is to be replaced or leaking. 

If it is damaged your may find leaking or spraying on the back left side of the machine during heat up and brewing. 

This is a revised part, better quality component. Part Number 422224777124 do not use old # 422224777123 or 300008825671

You may also require 2 O Rings part no. 996530013564

Fixed my problem perfectly

Water was leaking from the back left corner of Philips Saeco 5400. Realized there was a small hole in boiler inlet so ordered a replacement. Easy to install and works perfectly.

Easy fix

Seemed like the original machine part was faulty as I had it leak in two Philips Ep3200 machines. This part is easy to install and seems to have fixed the issue.

Great Service
