"Miscela" which means blend in Italian, contains both Arabica and high grade Robusta bean varieties so a rich, smooth, balanced flavour is achieved. Blending bean varieties is a long standing tradition of Italian roasters and what is served in Italian cafés.
We roast our coffee intentionally to have minimal surface oilso your appliances won't get clogged or gummy- especially superautomatics. Our coffee can be used for any brewing method but shine if you desire a full bodied espresso.
Espresso Canada coffee beans are classified as medium-dark roast, with minimal surface oil and specifically roasted for use in fully automatic, superautomatic espresso machines including all Saeco, Jura, Capresso, DeLonghi, Krups, Bosch, Solis, Spidem, and Gaggia machines.
