We have created a decaf espresso that pleases the most discriminating espresso drinker. Our beans are naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.
The Swiss water is a non solvent method for decaffeinating non roasted coffee beans. We use strictly Colombian Excelso beans which are grown at high elevations and naturally contain the least amount of caffeine.
This chart shows where this blend sits within the medium-dark roast profile that Caffé Nostro™️ sticks to, because, we know, this is the roast profile best suited for brewing espresso.
Origin of beans: 100% Colombian Excelso is an Arabica Bean. We use strictly Colombian Excelso beans which are grwon at high elevations and naturally contain the least amount of caffeine.
Specifically blended for Manual or Superautomatic espresso machines. The minimal surface oil on the beans ensures grinders do not clog.

Earthy and floral: Aroma refers to the smell of the coffee. It is responsible for many of the flavors perceived by the tongue.
Caramel sweetness. Describes the overall and combined sensations / perception of the coffee's distinctive aromatic and taste characteristics, the fusion of body, acidity , aroma and aftertaste
Smooth: This describes the physical property- heaviness or mouthfeel- of the coffee coating the tongue.
Low acidity. Without acidity, a coffee will tend to taste dull and lifeless. A good acidity will lean towards being sweet, crisp and tart - each enhancing the other qualities in the coffee
Remember it's the one in the Clear Bag. A package with a one way valve engineered to release gases and prevent air from entering the bag which ensures freshness and optimal flavour of the coffee beans. The coffee bag which includes a resealable tape is ideal for storing beans in the original packaging helping the beans stay fresh after opening. Beans will remain fresh in this bag for 3 to 4 weeks after opening.
Storage: Never store beans in a freezer because the moisture will adversely affect the taste and the moisture can clog your grinder. Beans will also absorb the flavours of nearby foods.
We can no longer drink full caffeine, but this is a great alternative.

Have finished our first bag and am impressed. Roast is not too dark which I like and the crema is good for a decafe bean. Will very likely buy again.
This is the only place I order my decaf from because it still has good flavor and it produces a nice creme.
