We roast our coffee beans in small batches right here in Windsor, Ontario following traditional Italian methods to ensure optimal freshness.
We intentionally roast our coffee to have minimal surface oil. This helps prevent clogging and residue buildup in your coffee appliances, especially superautomatic machines. While our coffee is versatile for any brewing method, it truly excels when used to create a full-bodied espresso.
